Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Unagi Poker (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What Unagi Poker is

Unagi Poker is a tool for reviewing your poker hands: you import PokerStars hand histories, browse them and, if you ask, get an AI-generated analysis. Unagi Poker is not affiliated with or endorsed by PokerStars or any other poker site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms to use the service.

3. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address that you have access to, and confirm it with the link we send you; until then the account can’t be used.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
  • If you think someone has accessed your account, change your password and let us know.

4. The content you upload

  • The hands, notes and stats you upload remain yours.
  • Only upload hand histories that you played or have the right to use.
  • You allow us to store and process that content solely to provide the service, including sending it to the AI provider when you request an analysis. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy policy.

5. The analyses

  • Analyses are generated by an AI model and are for educational and informational purposes only. They may contain errors or be incomplete.
  • They are not professional or financial advice and do not guarantee any result at the tables.
  • Unagi Poker is a post-session review tool, not a real-time assistance tool. You are responsible for complying with the rules of the sites you play on; do not use it during a session if those rules forbid it.

6. Plans and quota

  • Each account has a monthly number of analyses depending on its plan. The free plan is assigned by default.
  • The monthly period starts on the day of the month you created your account.
  • Each analysis run uses one unit of quota, including re-analysing a hand that was already analysed. Failed analyses are not counted.
  • Higher plans are requested by writing to support@unagipoker.com; there are no in-app payments.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms;
  • try to access other users’ accounts or data;
  • overload or interfere with the service, or try to bypass its limits or security measures;
  • access the service in bulk through automated means or resell its use without our permission.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and is under active development. We may change it, add or remove features, or discontinue it, and we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. If we decide to shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Unagi Poker is not liable for losses arising from use of the service or from decisions made based on the analyses, including losses at the tables. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

10. Closing your account and suspension

  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile; your account and all your data will be erased.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date on this page and, if the change is significant, let you know by email or in the app. If you keep using the service afterwards, you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights, and the option to go to the courts where you live, that the law gives you.
